Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. Vendly Portland, by VendSpace provides this site for information and for contacting us about service at your property. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it or access parts of it you are not meant to reach.
What we provide
We place and service vending machines, micro markets, smart coolers, coffee, and water equipment at commercial properties in Portland and southern Maine. What we can actually place at a given site depends on the building, and is confirmed in a written agreement before any equipment arrives.
Requests are not agreements
Submitting a form on this site starts a conversation. It does not create a service contract, reserve equipment, or commit either side to anything. Service terms, responsibilities, and any fees live in the signed agreement for your property.
Equipment and access
Equipment we install remains our property unless the agreement says otherwise. Where we place equipment, the property is responsible for reasonable access, power, and a safe location for it, and for telling us promptly about damage or theft.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, Maine.
